Vanessa was born and raised in Germany and moved to the United States at 17. After earning her business degree from UCF, she began her career with a custom luxury home builder, where her passion for real estate and appreciation for exceptional homes first took shape.

Today, she brings a strategic, business-minded approach to luxury real estate in Colorado Springs and Monument. A natural planner, Vanessa is always thinking several steps ahead, anticipating challenges and protecting her clients’ interests. She is a straight shooter by nature and doesn’t believe in sugarcoating, unnecessary salesmanship, or simply telling clients what they want to hear. Her clients can expect thoughtful, honest guidance rooted in what’s best for them, never simply in getting the deal done.

Vanessa is a wife and mom of three. Her husband, Ricky, is a combat veteran and former law enforcement officer, and together they have built their family around faith, integrity, hard work, and service to others.

When she’s not working, Vanessa is passionate about health and wellness, Pilates, JiuJitsu, traveling, and finding a great pastry and cappuccino. She also has a deep interest in psychology and personal growth and is constantly learning, evolving, and challenging herself to be better, both personally and professionally. She believes the work she does on herself directly impacts how well she can show up for her family, her clients, and the people around her.

Ricky was born in California and spent his teenage years in Phoenix, Arizona. His career has always centered around service. After serving in the U.S. Army as a combat veteran, Ricky spent ten years in law enforcement, including serving with the Colorado Springs Police Department. His years of service, raising a family here, and now working in real estate have given him deep ties to the Colorado Springs community and a genuine understanding of the people who call it home.

During his law enforcement career, Ricky also served as a crisis negotiator, experience that translates directly into the way he represents clients today. He is an integral part of the team’s negotiation strategy, bringing an ability to remain calm under pressure, read people and situations, communicate intentionally, and know when to push and when to listen. In real estate, where emotions and significant financial decisions often intersect, that perspective is invaluable.

Ricky is known for being patient, level headed, and easy to talk to. His military and law enforcement background also gives him a unique understanding of the needs of military, veteran, first responder, and relocating families throughout Colorado Springs and Monument.

A husband and father of three, Ricky’s faith and family are at the center of his life. He values integrity, discipline, service, and treating people well. He is also fluent in Spanish, and when he isn’t working, you’ll usually find him golfing, spending time with his family, traveling, or tackling another project around the house.

When Vanessa and Ricky are not helping their clients, they enjoy spending time with their three kids. Their family enjoys a simple lifestyle and finds joy in things like going on a hike, having pizza night, having friends over for game night, playing board games, bowling or cooking meals together.

In Ricky’s free time, he loves to hit the gym and spend time with his beautiful wife and their children. His newest passion is Golf, where he loves to embarrass himself out there as often as possible when the weather is nice.

In Vanessa’s free time, she is organizing, working out or spending time with her friends & family.
