Ricky was born and raised in California, and spent his teenage years in Phoenix, AZ. After joining and serving in the Army he served ten years in the Law Enforcement field before leaving the Colorado Springs Police Department to pursue his real estate career full time with Vanessa. As a Law Enforcement and Army Combat Veteran, Ricky has acquired skills that prove invaluable in his real estate career. He finds immense satisfaction in assisting clients in finding their ideal homes and delivering value beyond transactions.

Both Ricky and Vanessa have strong ties to the military & veteran as well as the first responder & law enforcement community and they do their best to anticipate & accommodate the challenges that come with those careers. Two interesting facts about Ricky; he is fluent in Spanish, and most people don’t know that he learned how to efficiently communicate with “difficult” people and hold a conversation with anyone from working in a maximum-security prison for several years.
