Colorado Springs has this cool semi-arid climate with four seasons. Summers are pretty
warm, hitting the 80s, and winters are mild, usually ranging from the 30s to 50s with some
occasional snow and blizzards. Spring and fall are awesome for outdoor stuff with nice
temperatures. Oh, and there’s a ton of sunshine year-round, but be ready for quick
weather changes, especially those surprise afternoon thunderstorms in the summer. It’s a mix of everything!

Traffic in Colorado Springs is generally not too bad. It’s not like those big city jams, but you might hit some congestion during rush hours. The city has a good road system, and getting around is usually pretty smooth. Just plan your commute around peak times, and you’ll navigate it just fine. Road conditions are not the best. We have a lot of pot holes.

A lot of master planned communities are designed around trails and walking but you can’t get to a ton of retail from most homes.
