AI can absolutely help with data, speed, and backe

AI can absolutely help with data, speed, and backend work, and I use it where it makes sense. But that’s only a small part of what real estate actually requires, and not the job clients hire me for.
But AI isn’t camping out for a builder lot release. It’s not catching what the photos didn’t show. It’s not reading between the lines in a multiple offer situation. It’s not spotting red flags because it’s walked through hundreds of homes. And it’s definitely not guiding a family through one of the biggest, most emotional decisions of their life with empathy and real context.
Don’t get me wrong, AI is a great tool and there is a time and place for it.
 Real estate is a relationship business.

Colorado Springs finally has its own Christkindlma

Colorado Springs finally has its own Christkindlmarkt, and as the resident German, I had to go check it out.
It genuinely feels like a little slice of home right in Old Colorado City. Nothing says “FROHE WEIHNACHTEN” like a Christkindlmarkt.
📍 Old Colorado City’s Bancroft Park
runs December 11-14 and 18-23 from 12-8 PM
Themed days like St. Nikolaus, Krampus Nacht, Family Day, and Military Appreciation.
It’s free to walk through, and they have all the cozy European holiday vibes - wooden huts, warm drinks, Glühwein, handmade gifts, German treats, VanilleKipferl and rotating local vendors.
A Christkindlmarkt is a classic German Christmas tradition that dates back centuries.
Think twinkling lights, festive food, handcrafted ornaments, and that magical winter energy you normally have to cross the Atlantic for.
If you’ve never been to a real one, you’re missing out. This one doesn’t give the same experience but it’s just enough to get the nostalgia.
Colorado Springs in December just got way more fun.
