What’s the name of your therapist? Living in Colorado Springs where the trails are endless and the views never get old 🏔
There is something about stepping outside here that genuinely resets you. The air is dry and clean, the sky feels bigger than it should, and access to trails and open space is just part of daily life in a way most people don’t fully expect until they’re actually living it.
And I’ll be honest, I am not a hardcore trail person (really at all) 😅 But even I have found spots that feel restorative without requiring a full CLIMB. Garden of the Gods on a weekday morning is basically free therapy.
This is one of the things I hear most from relocation clients after they settle in. They expected to love the mountains. They didn’t expect to feel this good just... existing here.
That’s a real part of what Colorado Springs life looks like and it’s worth factoring in.

In Colorado Springs the numbers look genuinely different than Denver and they look different depending on where you are in life right now. No one size fits all answer here, just things worth actually understanding before you make a move.
