If this is your first winter in Colorado Springs, If this is your first winter in Colorado Springs, you’re in for a lot of surprises… 🤭
This winter has been abnormally warm - so far but colder temps are coming.
Some great ones, and some well… might be a learning lesson in disguise! I figured I’d help you learn from some of my own winter lessons that I may or may not have learned the hard way over the years!
Here are a few things you might want to add to cart if this is your first time navigating a cold (and snowy) winter season.
And no, I am not talking about panic buying or overdoing it.
You do not need to live in a parka or turn your life upside down. You just need to be prepared in a practical way.
Layering is your best friend here.
Mornings can be cold, afternoons can feel sunny and mild, and evenings drop fast. Also, humidifiers are underrated in this climate. Your skin, sinuses, and sleep will thank you.
If Colorado Springs is on your relocation list, winter readiness is part of feeling settled, not overwhelmed.

2025 was quite the ride… Behind every number is 2025 was quite the ride…
Behind every number is a family, a person, a decision, and a season of life that matters.
Every move carried weight, and every client trusted me with something deeply personal. That responsibility is never lost on me.
It is never about pushing deals or chasing volume. It is about doing the work well - showing up prepared, communicating clearly, and guiding people with honesty and care through big transitions.
Grateful for the clients, the community, and the relationships built along the way. 2025 was meaningful, full, and a true blessing.
2025, by the work behind the scenes:

• 37 homes sold across Colorado Springs and surrounding areas
• Represented sellers, buyers, new construction, move up clients, and relocations (including international)
• Guided families through major life transitions, not just transactions
• $23.9M closed with $3.4M pending for 2026
• Hundreds of strategy calls, consults, coffee meetings, and walk throughs
• Data driven guidance paired with real, boots on the ground local insight
• Built trust through education, transparency, and consistent communication
On a more personal note - 2025 challenged me in the best ways.
Balancing business, family, faith, and real life required intention, boundaries, and a lot of trust.
There were early mornings, late nights, kids’ jiu jitsu tournaments, family memories, business trips, coffee dates that turned into real conversations, and moments where slowing down mattered just as much as pushing forward.
This year reminded me why I do this work the way I do. People over numbers. Integrity over shortcuts. Showing up fully for my clients, my family, and this community.
Grateful for the growth, the lessons, and the grace that carried us through.
Cheers to 2026. 🥂
As the year comes to a close, I love to look back As the year comes to a close, I love to look back at all of the chapters I was invited into this year. All of the families, individuals, and members of our community that we were able to guide through their own real estate story 🫶🏼
This year was about people making big decisions. Families relocating. First time buyers taking a leap. Couples closing one chapter and starting another.
Each set of keys represented a lot of trust - and I do not take that lightly!!
Helping people move to Colorado Springs is never just about contracts and closings.
It is about guiding them through uncertainty, answering questions they did not even know to ask, and helping them feel grounded in a brand new place.
To every family who trusted me with such an important season, thank you!
And to those of you who are quietly watching, saving posts, and thinking about what your next chapter might look like, I see you too. I hope what I share helps you feel more prepared when your time comes!!
If you find yourself staring at a list of 2026 goals and ‘buy a new home’ is on that list, I’d love to help you make a plan that works for you, and your life.
