Although I worked primarily with Ricky, their entire team was fantastic every step of the way. Ricky was ALWAYS available for home tours. Ricky’s responsiveness was incredible. Vanessa helped us purchase a home in 2018 and it went flawlessly. The time came to move in 2020, we decided to go with her again because of how easy purchasing went. She is very kind and actually cares for her clients. Listing this home it went quick and painlessly, she explained in detail every step of the way. When our closing hit some snags on the buyer side, she fought tirelessly to keep the deal on track and was able to insure we close in a timely manner. I have nothing but good things to say about Vanessa, she raises the bar for how a Realtor should be. She really did take care of my family, and she will take care of yours too.

When you have a question or concern she treats you like you’re her only client and gives you her immediate attention. I have referred friends to her for help selling houses that they were “upside down” in and she made magic happen. When my brother was moving to Colorado Springs, she got him into an awesome place and gave him as much attention and help as she gave me, in person, even with him being in another state. They genuinely care about their clients and honestly feel like family. 10/10 would recommend, and as long as I am in Colorado, they will be my real estate professionals.

Vanessa was great, she could have gotten a quick sale with us on a new build that was more expensive but she asked us questions about our life and future plans with kids. The new build was not ideal for little kids and a growing family. She helped us find the perfect place for us to live and grow our family for easily 15-20 years. It was significantly cheaper than the original home which shows her morals on taking care of her people.
